Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is seeking sealed bids for the following:

REPAIR AIR CONDITIONER AT CITY HALL TRANE UNIT RAUCC40

The qualified contractor will be required to provide the following: 1 Replace three (3) compressors 2 Replace one (1) condenser coil 3 Replace two (2) leaking ball valves 4 Replace the filter cores & refrigerant in both refrigerant circuits 5 Crane rental & permits included 6 Start up & systems evaluation

There will be a pre-bid meeting for prospective bidders at Troy City Hall on May 13, 2010 at 10AM. Prospective bidders shall assemble in the front lobby for a brief meeting.
