Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, New York is seeking proposals for professional planning services to prepare a comprehensive master plan on a vacant 14 acre parcel adjacent to the Congress/Ferry Street corridor (NY State Route 2). The consultant will work with the Steering Committee to develop a solid downtown revitalization plan for the corridor.
