The City of Troy, NY is interested in selecting a firm that will offer 24 hour a day - 7 days a week confidential assistance to approximately 600 employees and their immediate family members, covering, but not limited to the following areas: Family Problems, Physical & Emotional Abuse, Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Divorce, Childcare & Eldercare, Debt Problems, Legal Issues, Behavioral Issues.
