Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is soliciting proposals from licensed mechanical and/or plumbing/heating/air conditioning contractors capable of providing the City of Troy with a dehumidification system for the Frear Park Recreation Facility that will efficiently and economically manage the existing moisture and humidity issues.This facility, located in Frear Park, Park Boulevard and Lavin Court, Troy, New York and owned by the City of Troy, is operated on a tewlve (12) month schedule. A site inspection for prospective contractors shall be held at the facility on Friday December 21, 2007 at 10:00AM. Contractors are not required to attend the site inspection in order to submit a proposal.
