RFP-JCEC - Juvenile Deliquency Reduction Strategy

Summary of Specifications:
The project will incorporate three primary components, each of which will involve the work of both the JCEC Coordinator and the Research Consultant. 1)A needs and resource assessment that considers demographic, environmental and juvenile justice system factors, as well as planned ongoing/planned initiatives. 2)An evaluation of community mobilization/support that engages stakeholders to address qualitative matters such as community strengths, emergent issues, servicegaps and actionable imperatives. 3)A set of comprehensive recommendations that synthesize all the conclusions drawn from quantitative/qualitative investigations and that establish a fundamental course of action to reduce juvenile crime and violence.
