Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, New York needs to replace a failing retaining wall that supports the roadway of 5th Avenue above the Little Italy Marketplace. The existing retaining wall is compromising the structural integrity of approximately 230 feet of 5th Avenue. This project proposes to build a new pre-cast concrete retaining wall, reconstruct the sidewalk, and provide a safety fence.
