Summary of Specifications:
This project proposes streetscape improvements from the railroad tracks west to the Hudson River (approx. 500' length & 40' width). Included in the proposed improvements are the following: Improving the storm water drainage Regrading and paving the street
The contractor(s) shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to construct or install items identified for each project in this section as estimated quantities. Please note that these quantities are estimated only and atre given as an indicator of the anticipated. Payment will be based on the lump sum proposal.
The estimated quantities are based upon inspection of the existing conditions and other available data. The City is not responsible for the location of underground facilities or for providing any subsurface conditions that may be encountered. The scopes of work may be altered if, during the course of construction, the subsurface conditions vary from those anticipated.
The City of Troy, NY reserves the right to accept any one Bid, individual components of a bid, any combination thereof, to award individual or combined CONTRACTS, or to reject any and all Bids, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
