RFP-Marina & Boat Launch - Operation of the City of Troy Marina and Boat Launch/Docks

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors caple of operating a full service, seasonal marina located adjacent to the City's Riverfront Park, stretching from Jacob Street to the rear of City Hall, and a boat launch and docks located at 123rd Street in the Lansingburgh section of the City. It is proposed that dock space continue to be available at the current location north of City Hall. However, it is the intention of the City to work in conjunction with the selected vendor to relocate the primary marina location to the immediate rear of City Hall.
