The City of Troy is seeking qualifications from development firms to build a mixed-use development on an especially prominent and attractive 2.1-acre waterfront parcel owned by the City of Troy. Redevelopment of this crucial site at Monument Square will further energize ongoing downtown revitalization efforts, by linking with other riverfront investments and effectively framing this historic civic space.
