Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is soliciting qualified contractors with the experience and capabilities to install fully adhered EPDM roofing systems at the following City owned DPU Buildings, Administration Building, Chemical Feed Building, DPU Shop and DPU Garage. All buildings are located on Water Plant Road. It is the City's intention to contract with one (1) vendor. The contractor shall guarantee their bid prices for a six (6) month period from the date of the contract award. The contractor shall be responsible for all federal and state labor regulations, specifically, the payment of prevailing wage rates for all work performed.
