The City of Troy is soliciting sealed bids for the project "Seawall Stabilization." The worksite will be the Hudson River. The work shall consist of removal, transportation, and disposal of debris from the locations specified on the plans. The work shall also include installing steel reinforcing bars into rock at the bottom of pre-cast concrete panels, and more. Work will take place underwater.
