RFI-DEC Investigate - Site Investigation/Remedial Alternatives Report

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, New York is seeking qualifications from consultants to provide engineering services at the Rensselaer Iron Works Site to determine the contamination source(s), and to identify, evaluate, and select a long-term remedial action that is cost effective and environmentally sound. 

This 5.7 acre site, located at the confluence of the Hudson River and the Poestenkill, and accessed by Madison Street, is a high priority brownfield site owned by the City with revitalization plans already in place after remediation.
