Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of streetscape improvements to (3) three blocks along Burden Avenue in South Troy, just north of the Troy-Menands Bridge Approach. The project's base bid work includes installation of (20) twenty new concrete foundations and connecting conduit for new ornamental streetlights (electric and street lights by others); replacement of sidewalk areas with new cincrete and brick sidewalks; tree planting; and related streetscape work. Additional proposals are requested for relandscaping a 250 foot length area of steep slope and for design/build of an 8 foot high by 100 foot length of segmental block retaining wall and new sidewalk at another section of steep slope.

Troy-based Section 3 Businesses, Minority Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to submit a bid.
