Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is seeking bids from certified modular home businesses that provide sales and construction services or licensed contractors with experience in modular or stick built home construction that are interested in partnering with the City of Troy.
The Construction of Phase II (Troy Homes) Project Road Housing Development, consisting of three (3) single family turn-key modular or stick built homes with foundation & driveways and one (1) fully handicapped, single family home.
Proposed started home plans will consist of 1,056 square feet of living space, full basement, three bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining & living room areas. Exterior amenities will include asphalt paved driveway, front and rear porch with concrete steps, front sidewalk, landscaping, and other standard manufacture's features.
