Description

The City of Yonkers is seeking to analyze and review cyber security systems that utilize multi-factor authentication. The authentication must include a minimum of four of the following factors:

Username;
Dynamic device tokens generated either by software or hardware;
GEO location;
Device recognition;
Biometric signature; and
Blockchain.

The City is seeking proposals from providers of such software. Proposers must submit a representation and detailed description of what factors they utilize in their solution. The City intends to choose one or more providers to participate in a pilot or proof of concept process with the City. Such process shall be at no cost or liability to the City.

Two (2) original hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the Proposal on CD, DVD, or flash drive must be delivered to:

Proposals will not be accepted via email. CDs, DVDs, or flash drives containing the Proposals that are submitted will not be returned to Respondent. Proposal packages must be submitted as a whole and in their entirety.
