(“COY” or “the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide a ninety (90) day fully operational Drone As A First Responder (“DFR”) trial for the City’s public safety agencies with the potential to extend the trial into a fully functional DFR program. The initial trial is to include aircraft, pilot(s), remote Teleoperator(s), software, and services.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The City of Yonkers will allow proposals to be submitted via electronic delivery method through the Empire State Purchasing Group System – BidNet (http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com/).

Proposers shall prepare (4) files for submission:
MARK the files:
 RFP-481 - Technical Proposal with your company name
 RFP-481 - Cost Proposal with your company name
 RFP-481 - Schedules with your company name, Schedules “D”, “E”, “G”, and “H”*
 RFP-481 - Vendor Background Questionnaire, Schedule “F”*

*These Schedules can be found in the pdf file named - City of Yonkers Standard Form of Contract for Professional Services document. Refer to Schedules “D” through “H” found on Pages 21 – 32.

Electronic signatures and/or scanned signatures from Proposers’ authorized representatives will be acceptable.

Proposals will not be accepted via email. Proposal packages must be submitted as a whole and in their entirety. Respondents must fully complete all Schedules attached to the Form of Contract.
