The City of Yonkers (the “City”) is seeking a vendor to deliver, install, decorate, maintain, and remove white holiday lights at the City Hall Unity Fountain area and South Broadway entrance staircase area. Delivery, installation, and decoration is needed prior to November 25, 2021 and must remain until after January 7, 2022. During this period, the awarded vendor is to maintain the lights to ensure they are fully functioning throughout the entire illumination period. All materials are to be supplied and maintained by the awarded vendor. The City will not supply any materials needed for this project. The City will not retain ownership of any material. The awarded vendor will be responsible for any and all material used. Power sources are available but the awarded vendor must coordinate with the City’s Department of Public Works through the City’s Parks Department regarding electrical connections. Some elements are to turn on daily via photocell, while other elements are to be connected to a timer. All lights connected to a timer are to turn on daily at 4:30PM EST and stay illuminated through 5:00AM EST.

- Light poles measure approximately 12-18 inches wide

Due to the location being open to the public, a site visit has not been scheduled for this project. If you feel a site visit is required, an email must be sent to Nicole Galdi by Tuesday, November 9 at 2PM EST requesting one be scheduled.
All required insurances will be requested upon award.
