Description

RFP-474: FIRE RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS) AND ELECTONIC PATIENT CARE RECORD (ePCR) System
The City of Yonkers Fire Department, Yonkers, NY (the “City”) is soliciting proposals for the implementation of a comprehensive, turnkey and fully-integrated Fire Records Management System (RMS) and Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) solution. The vendor Fire RMS and ePCR systems must be fully integrated with each other and must be able to reliably receive information from the dispatch agency via the computer aided dispatch (CAD) feed, as well as the City of Yonkers employee scheduling software and the system must be able to systematically retain and perform data reporting. The ePCR solution must be able to fully interface with the New York State (NYS) Department of Health ePCR National EMS Information System (NEMSIS) platform with NYS required supplements. The new Fire RMS and ePCR system should give the Fire Department the tools needed to reduce response times for resident emergencies and emergency incidents, and optimize the deployment of resources (human, technology and physical assets). Each of these goals is described in more detail in the RFP.

The City of Yonkers will only accept Proposals submitted via the electronic delivery method through
the Empire State Purchasing Group System – BidNet http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com/
Refer to solicitation RFP-474.
File capacity may not exceed 500Mb. For any issues requiring technical support, vendors shall contact ProposalNet at 1-800-835-4630. The City will not be responsible for submission delays or other unforeseen circumstances related to Proposer's submitting their Proposal electronically. Proposers shall prepare four (4) files for submission:

One marked EXHIBIT A;
One marked EXHIBIT B;
One marked Schedules, and
One marked Vendor Background Questionnaire.

In addition to the foregoing, each file must also include your legal company name. Return all required Schedules with your submission. Electronic and scanned signatures from Proposers' authorized representatives will be acceptable.
Proposals received after 2:00 p.m. are late and will not be accepted.
Proposals will not be accepted via email.
