2021-5898 - Furnish & Deliver Microsoft Surface Pros and Accessories for Gorton High School

Requirements for this Quotation:  Quotations must be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Unit prices must include inside delivery to the address listed on the form.  Due to the Pathway Technology Program grant requirements, the items being requested will need to be delivered, received, and invoiced prior to June 30, 2021.  In it the City’s intention to receive approval from the City’s Board of Contract and Supply on May 13, 2021 and to issue a purchase order that same day.  Quoting vendor must answer the 8 questions regarding lead time/availability.  Award will be based on price as well as lead time/availability.  If quoting an “OR EQUAL”, detailed specification sheets must accompany each quote submission.  Final approval of all “OR EQUAL” items will be determined by the Yonkers Public Schools.  Failure to provide all requested information/documentation may render your quote non-responsive.
Grant Requirements:
The Yonkers Public Schools will be utilizing a NYS Pathway Technology Program grant for this purchase.  In accordance with this grant from the New York State Education Department, to be eligible for award, the successful bidder must be a New York State Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (“M/WBE”).  All firms must be certified with the New York State Division of Minority and Women Business Development before beginning any work on this contract.  Please provide proof of such with quote submission.  For additional information and a listing of current certified M/WBE vendors visit:
