Insurance: Required Coverage: A) The Contractor shall provide Worker's Compensation Insurance C-105.2 Form and Employer's Liability Insurance as required under the New York State Worker's Compensation Law. B) The Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance Accord 25 Form (combined single limit-bodily injury and property damage) in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 in the general aggregate, $1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate; Automobile Liability (combined single limit-bodily injury and property damage) in the minimum amount, of $1,000,000 per person each occurrence for bodily injury, $100,000 per occurrence property damage in the following coverage’s-comprehensive, owned, hired, and non-owned with a company or companies licensed in New York State with an A or better Best Rating. The Certificate of Insurance for the above coverage must bear a notation evidencing a minimum of 30-day cancellation notice to YONKERS/Yonkers Public School District/Yonkers Public Schools and list the CITY OF YONKERS/Yonkers Public School District/Yonkers Public Schools as an additional insured with waiver of subrogation in favor of the City of Yonkers. C. Vendor shall provide NYS Disability Coverage Certificate/Form DB-120.1
