Provide Lab Pack and hazardous waste removal services for various chemicals stored in the Yonkers Public Schools per the attached list on page 3. All bidders must possess the applicable Federal, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Westchester County Health Department certifications and licensing requirements, and provide evidence of same when submitting their quote. All Lab Packing services shall conform to applicable industry codes. The unit prices quoted shall be fully loaded, i.e., inclusive of providing all required services, containers, equipment, labor, transportation, and lawful disposal. Bidders shall include with their quotes a detailed description of their proposed procedures for performing the required work. The description shall include the estimated number of days, hours per day, number of workers per day, packaging method, disposal method and location.
The District is seeking the removal of these items prior to February 28, 2023 as the warehouse location is changing as of March 1. In addition to cost, award will be made based upon vendor’s availability to complete the work.
NY STATE PREVAILING RATE CASE NUMBER: 2023004165 SHALL APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT. THE RESULTANT CONTRACT SHALL BE REGISTERED WITH THE DEPT. OF LABOR. CERTIFIED PAYROLLS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT REQUISITIONS.
