Description

The City of Yonkers/Yonkeers Public Schools ("City/YPS") is soliciting qualifications from architectural/engineering (A/E) firms to represent and act as the City/YPS agent in the management of potential energy performance contract(s). The size and scope have yet to be established but a district wide effort is anticipated.

The A/E will provide the following services to provide recommendations for the scope, schedule and budget for a potential EPC. The A/E will be vital and essential in the selection of the ESCO. The A/E will supervise and sign-off on project designs, construction, commissioning, payments, maintenance & verification (M&V) and closeout documents, verify substantial completion and verify actual energy savings resulting from the work.
