Quotations must be submitted on attached form only to: Vanessa.brembs@yonkersny.gov. Only quotations submitted via email will be accepted. Unit prices must include inside delivery to the address listed on the form. Award will be based on price as well as lead time/availability. If quoting a substituted equal, detailed specification sheets must accompany this quote submission. Final approval of all substituted items will be determined by the City of Yonkers. All quotes must be received by the deadline to be considered. Failure to provide all requested information/documentation may render your quotation non-responsive. Quotes may NOT be submitted via mail or fax.
