SCOPE OF WORK:
To perform monthly maintenance and draining of drum drips of the sprinkler system. Per the applicable section of the N.F.P.A. 25 fire code at 5 locations at the Yonkers City pier. During the process, the building fire alarm will activate in which the system will need to be taken off line then silenced and reset after testing is complete
