Street & sidewalk improvements for the La Mora Senior Living Development.
Work is anticipated to commence in January of 2023. Bidders will be required to hold their bid priced from the time of bid opening; escalation costs are not permitted. Please bid accordingly.
The scope of work for this project is the infrastructure component of a larger project called the La Mora Senior Living Development.
This component of the project will be funded by Westchester County.
There is no site inspection. The site is open to the public and all bidders are strongly encouraged to examine the site.
Deadline for receipt of written questions (submitted to Tom Collich via email): Friday, April 29, 2022 by 12 Noon EST. Response to written questions tentatively Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
