IFB-6385A Single prime, General Construction Contract for Upgrades TO SIDEWALKS, PARKING, CORRIDOR/LOBBY, AUDITORIUM LIGHTING, STAGE, MUSIC ROOM, GYM & BLEACHERS – Contract also includes, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and abatement at Cross Hill Academy .  
 
WICKS Reform 2008: The threshold for public work projects subject to the Wicks Law requiring separate contracts for 1) plumbing and gas fitting, 2) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus, and 3) electrical wiring and standard  illuminating fixtures is $1.5 million in Westchester County. 
 
For projects below $1.5 million or projects that include a Project Labor Agreement, such as this project, bidders must submit a sealed list, with their bid, naming each subcontractor for the aforementioned trades and the amount to be paid to each. Failure to include this list in a SEPARATE sealed envelope with your bid shall render your bid non-responsive and ineligible for award.
