Gas to be delivered to schools designated per specs. Seller will aggregate any qualifying accounts based upon National Grid filed tariffs, and also, will be responsible for placing all nominations in accordance with LDC and pipline requirements. Successful bidder must certify credit worthiness with National Grid as required by the LDC and must notify National Grid of the Districts primary firm status as of December 1, 2009.
