It is the intent of the City School District of New Rochelle to accept bid proposals for the purpose of AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. City School District has no facility, no parking area for ambulance, no office facilities, and no equipment. City School District of New Rochelle requires that the vendor provide all necessary personnel and materials required to provide this service. The expectation of the vendor is to provide the best service of coordination, timeliness, proper functioning, and safe ambulance for the transportation of the student(s).
