Description

The City School District of New Rochelle (the “District”) is requesting proposals from community
organizations (hereafter “Organizations”) that are qualified to provide all or part of a comprehensive
summer program for students on site at the District’s schools during the summer of 2023,
commencing on or about July 3, 2023 and concluding on or about August 17, 2023. The contract,
once awarded, shall be in effect from July 5, 2023 through June 30, 2024 with an option to renew for
four additional one‐year periods, at the discretion of the District, under the same terms and
conditions as mutually agreed by the District and the awarded organization(s). The successful
organizations shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in accordance with the instructions of
this solicitation and within the timeframe specified
