Notice is hereby given that City of Beacon is requesting sealed proposals for a Planning Consultant to assist the City Council, Planning Board and Zoning Board in the review of proposed Site Plan and Subdivision applications, Special Permits, and the review of development and zoning laws in the City of Beacon. Proposals must be received by September 4, 2020 at the City of Beacon Municipal Center, located at One Municipal Plaza, Suite One, Beacon, New York 12508.
