RFP#2021-005 - AMBULANCE BILLING COLLECTION SERVICES

The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified organizations for Collection Services with a specialty in Ambulance Billing collections.

The City is seeking a full-service collection agency (herein after called the “Vendor”) to collect on past due accounts where internal collection efforts have been exhausted.   The chosen vendor must be able to collect across all 50 states and ideal partner will have the ability to collect internationally if warranted.  The vendor will need to place outgoing calls, take incoming calls, generate statements and letters, resolve patient balances, refer charity accounts back to the City, refer insurance discovery accounts back to the City and ultimately resolve past due accounts.  The partner will NOT pursue legal action on behalf of the City, should the chosen vendor believe legal action is necessary; those accounts must be turned back to the City.
