BID#2020-008 - Packed Tower Aeration System at the Seaman Road Station

The purpose and intent of this Notice is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to furnish and
install plant equipment, material, and all other items necessary for the construction of a Packed
Tower Aeration System at Seaman Road Station to treat water from Well 2S. The Work to be done
under these Contracts shall be the responsibility of three prime Contractors, a General Construction
Contractor, an Electrical Contractor, and a Plumbing Contractor, each skilled in the work described
within the designated Divisions.

Below are goals that have been established for Equal Opportunity Employment, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise, that was verified with EFC for this project:

Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise(MWBE) Goals:
o            Total Combined MWBE Participation: 30%

Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise(SDVOBE) Goal: 6%
