RFP#2024-009 - VOICE AND DATA SOLUTIONS

The current City data services were initially set up prior to the establishment of an IT department. The responsibility of implementation was left to the individual department heads. This decentralization has led to multiple carriers, minimum redundancies, transitional issues regarding account ownership, and unnecessary hurdles in times of support.
Due to the issues expressed above and growing technological needs, The City of Glen Cove is looking for a single provider to help streamline the organization and management of all voice and data services. The provider chosen will assist in the replacement of the current infrastructure and provide a solution that will meet the City’s current and future demands.
