C1001879.1 - Pedestrian and Cyclist Connectivity (Downtown Revitalization Initiative)

 The City of Peekskill is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design (including full construction documents) and construction management (inspection) services for reimagining the streetscapes connecting Peekskill’s waterfront to its downtown core, as part of the City’s larger Downtown Revitalization Initiative (the “Project”). The Project will feature improved sidewalks and crosswalks, two-way dedicated bike lanes, new street furniture and landscaping on Railroad Avenue, South Water Street, Central Avenue, and South Street.
