Description

The work for Bid No. 2022-006 consists of the construction of a new timber pier ("Pier") and floating docks at Fleischmann Pier in the Charles Point Park in the City of Peekskill. The Project al
so includes, but is not limited to, the installation of site improvements, such as a parking lot expansion, amenities, utilities, and lighting. This Project is funded by a NYS grant, and the Contractor must comply with State provisions.
Additionally, there are ten (10) 'Alternates' as described in detail in Section K, the Technical Specifications, and on the Contract Plans.
