The City of Mount Vernon is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide consulting services for traffic data collection, traffic analysis and improvement recommendations for the intersection of the following intersections:

West 1st Street/South 4th Avenue, West 1st Street/South 5th Avenue, West 1st Street/ South 6th Avenue, Stevens Avenue/Gramatan Avenue, Stevens Avenue/5th Avenue, Stevens Avenue/Wilson Place, East Prospect Avenue/5th Avenue ; Gramatan Avenue intersection with Wallace Avenue, Overlook Street and Urban Street and also include Traffic counts determining the peak hours for the weekday AM, weekday PM, and weekend periods for the detailed analysis of traffic movements entering the City of Mount Vernon.as detailed in the Scope of Work section of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
