Proposers must submit one (1) original, plus three (3) copies, plus one (1) digital copy on a USB flash drive (in pdf format) of their Proposal. Fee Proposals and all cost or pricing information must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, clearly labeled "Fee Proposal." A digital copy of the Fee Proposal must be submitted as a separate pdf document clearly labeled "Fee Proposal." Complete proposal submission must be delivered to:
