Description

The County received LGRMIF grants for imaging work in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. In the course of these first four phases of work, 87,000 pages of material have been digitally imaged, ranging in date from 1721 to 1810. The material to be digitally imaged in the project phase now up for bid will date from approximately 1790-1830.Dutchess County is seeking proposals for creating digital master images for 15,000 pages of documents from this collection. A page is defined as one side of a sheet of paper. Blank pages will be scanned in order to create digital surrogates of each original document. Master images must adhere to the New York State Archives Imaging Production Guidelines.
