Description

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office is seeking to award a contract to a qualified firm (hereinafter
may be referred to as “Contractor”) to provide behavioral health specialists to Enhance Community
Health Outreach (“ECHO”) and also for our members (Sworn/Civilian). The behavioral health
specialists, through the “ECHO Project” will work with the Sheriff’s office during mental health crisis
calls to provide mental health service, assistance and resources to members of the community
struggling with mental health and substance use.
