Description

The County of Dutchess is seeking proposals from qualified, full-service transportation planning firms to provide a bus stop/bus shelter long-term master plan for the Dutchess County Public Transit (DCPT) System. The selected firm will also evaluate the DCPT’s current flag stop policy and integrate new thoughts and solutions in recommending improved operational procedures for boarding and alighting.
Proposers shall have extensive knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and New York State rules and regulations pertaining to public transit service.
