RFP-DCP-73-18 - Commissary Services and Food Service for Inmates

Dutchess County is requesting proposals from all qualified vendors for the provision of furnishing food service operations and commissary services for our inmate population.  The qualified vendor will provide Food service operations that will feed our inmate population 3 meals per day, 7 days per week.  The vendor will be required to meet all requirements of the New York State Commission of Corrections (NYSCOC) Minimum Standards and the American Correctional Association.  The current average daily inmate population is approximately 400 inmates per day.  The current on site commissary orders average approximately $9,650.00 per week.
