Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW, Owner, County, County of Dutchess) seeks proposals from qualified firms to act as the Commissioning Provider (CP) for design and construction of a new Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center (JTC) located at 150 North Hamilton Street, Poughkeepsie, New York. The project involves demolition of the 1985 portion of the current Dutchess County Jail facility, construction of a new building, and renovation of the 1995 portion of the current facility.

Event Note

It is strongly recommended that interested firms attend the walk-through session. Submit by Monday, November 6, 2017 the names of attendees, their country of birth, and their country of citizenship. Participants are to bring personal ID on the day of the tour. No photography will be allowed. For purpose of the walk-through during the RFP submittal period, firm staff will be given temporary passes for escorted access in the buildings.
