Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County invites Expressions of Interest from experienced professional developers, urban planners, architects, site development planners or a consortium of professionals ("Site Development Professional") to bring their expertise in several areas of development and planning to create a phased development master plan for a 12.08 acre site in the City of Poughkeepsie which will address several urgent corrections (criminal justice) and community needs - creating the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center (DCJTCP) on the site.
