Description

The Dutchess County (County) Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking qualified vendors to procure electrical supplies through an established percentage discount off of list price. List price shall mean the price offered for sale, including reduced price offered for sale, to the general public by the contractor at the time of sale. Bidders must quote a percentage discount off list price on every item listed in the Bid Proposal Form. All percentage discounts off list prices bid must be firm, i.e., no adjustments are permitted.
