The Dutchess County Department of Community & Family Services seeks to identify a private community partner from qualified healthcare professionals/organizations to provide Forensic Examination Services to adult victims of sexual and/or physical assault to victims who do not present at hospital emergency room.
This proposal is not seeking to increase the county’s hospital based medical model capacity, but rather to create an innovative community based medical model.
