Description

The Dutchess County (County) Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking qualified vendors to procure HVAC supplies through an established percentage discount off list price. List price shall mean the price offered for sale, including reduced price offered for sale, to the general public by the vendor at the time of sale. Bidders must quote a percentage discount off list price on every item listed on the Bid Proposal Form CS-1. All percentage discounts off list price bid, must be firm, no adjustments are permitted. This may be a multi-vendor contract award.
