RFB-DCH-2017-10 - Hot In-Place Recycling of County/Town Roads/Highways

Thisproject involves the furnishing of equipment, operators and materials to work under the direction of the DPW Highway Construciton & Maintenance Director in the Hot In-Place Recycling (HIPR) of various roads. It is the purpose of this bid to provide for a continuous multi-step rocess of heating and milling the existing pavement, remixing with polymer modificed liquid bituminous material (rejuvenator) and/or agrregate, reshaping and compacting the asphalt misture in-place on County and/or Town Highways within the County of Dutchess. For the purpose of preparing bids, the terms "Municipality" or "Dutchess County" or "County" are interchangeable and shall indicate the project Owner.
