This project involves the furnishing and installing hot mix asphalt (HMA) concrete overlays, furnishing and installing shoulder back-up material, providing pavement milling services, providing traffic control services, and providing other incidental services associated with installation of asphalt concrete overlays. These services will typically be used for highway and parking lot construction, reconstruction and/or repair. However, other similar projects could also be undertaken using these services.
