The Dutchess County Department of Health is looking to promote the development and increase availability of skilled and a certified workforce for lead remediation activities. Dutchess County is seeking a vendor to conduct training courses per the specifications. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified, interested organizations for the planning, establishment and successful operation of these training courses as an independent contractor(s) to Dutchess County.
