Dutchess County is issuing a Request for Proposal from building owners, commercial real estate brokers or other interested parties (herein referred to as Landlord(s)) for occupancy of commercial space to be utilized as office space, meeting space, storage space and public polling space for the Dutchess County Board of Elections. Based upon Dutchess County’s current projections, a minimum of 7,300 square feet of net usable ADA and NYS Building Code compliant space is required for offices, storage, meetings and a polling site.
